Venue + Vendors
Right place, right partners, every detail confirmed.

EVENT & TOUR LOGISTICS CONSULTING
We handle venues, permits, vendors, travel, talent, schedules, run-of-show, and on-site execution so your team can focus on the event — not the fires happening behind it.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
One point person owns the entire logistics picture — every vendor coordinated, every detail tracked, every moment planned. Your team stops firefighting on-site, and each city runs like the last.
WHAT KEYSTONE EVENTS COVERS
We fix what derails events: dropped vendor details, day-of chaos, permit risk, and multi-city logistics your team has outgrown.
Right place, right partners, every detail confirmed.
Paperwork handled before it becomes a show-day problem.
People in the right place at the right time, city after city.
Every moment accounted for before doors open.
One point person owns the entire logistics picture.
One repeatable system across every stop.
HOW WE RUN AN EVENT
Venues, vendors, permits, and talent locked in with a clear timeline.
Every stakeholder aligned, every detail tracked, well before doors open.
On-site management so the event runs exactly as planned.
Vendor close-out, load-out, and a debrief on what to improve next time.
ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

A pre-event review of your venue, vendor, and logistics plan — spotting gaps and risks before you're locked in.
End-to-end management for a single event, conference, or full tour — planned and run from start to finish.
Week-of and day-of coordination for events already planned — a single point person on-site running the show.
MEET REECE GRANIER
Founder of Keystone Ops. Operations strategist. Logistics problem-solver. I’m the person you call when there are too many moving pieces and somebody capable needs to own them.
I started Keystone because I kept seeing the same thing — capable people buried in the day-to-day, holding the whole operation together by memory and sheer effort. I look at everything moving at once and figure out who owns what, what happens when, and how it all connects. I don’t hand over a report and leave. I get inside the operation, find the friction, build the systems that are missing, and stay until it runs — whether that’s a growing business or a live event with a hundred moving parts.
The keystone is the piece that holds everything together. That is exactly what I do — bringing people, systems, schedules, vendors, and logistics into one coordinated operation.
